For commercial applications, maintenance is a requirement. We have staff registered as IQP – an Independent Qualified Person. What this means is that we have staff who are qualified to inspect and report on specific building systems, are knowledgeable about the requirements in ensuring building compliance, can supply supporting documentation confirming compliance and can maintain systems to operate and perform optimally.
